Community college recognition files, 1966-1976.

Files include community college applications for recognition; recognition reports; comparative data for evaluvating community colleges; self-study reports; related memoranda and correspondence; and occasionally, progress reports; tutition and fee schedules; college catalogs; and union agreements. Applications for recognition include college and district description; officers' names; and analyses of student body, faculty, curriculum, district's financial base, and college's fiscal operations. Recognition reports include summaries of the recognition applications as well as recognition team findings with recommendations.
